In 2017 Jeff Jamieson and Jesse Willis, owners of Vine Arts and Proof Cocktail Bar endeavoured to create a neighbourhood joint in the Beltline community that blended their love of wine and cocktails with fresh, delicious food. What resulted is Donna Mac’s bright and modern room mellowed by casual, share plates and a small, eclectic wine, beer and cocktail list.
